Stephen Marsh, founder of Marsh Development is a lifelong resident of Larchmont. He grew up in Larchmont, attended Murray Avenue, The Hommocks, and Mamaroneck High School. Having graduated from Middlebury College and after 10 years of expanding a restaurant chain throughout the Northeast, he is now building houses and raising his family in Larchmont.
